1) مصنع مواد الموازنة Grinding Product Plant ( G.P.P)
يقوم بانتاج مادة البارايت والبنتونايت وكربونات الكالسيوم المستخدمة فى حفر ابار النفط و كذلك مادة الردم المستعملة كحماية مهبطية ولها ايضا استخدامات فى تطبيقات صناعية أخرى مختلفة بطاقة انتاجية قصوى قدرها 100000 طن سنوبا.
The plant produces Barite , Bentonite ,Calcium Carbonates , and Cathodes protection back fill materials. Most of these materials are used in oil & gas well drilling operations with other applications in some industrial areas . The maximum annual productivity about 100,000 Tons .
2) مصنع الكيماويات السائلة LIQUID PRODUCTS PLANT (L.P.P)
يقوم بانتاج المواد الكيماوية السائلة والمستخدمة فى حفر وانتاج ومعالجة النفط ويمكنه انتاج بعض المواد الوسيطة للصناعات الاخرى مثل الصابون ومواد التنظيف والطلاء والاصباغ وغيرها بطاقة انتاجية متوسطة تصل الى 25000 برميل سنويا.
It produces liquid speciality chemicals which are used in oil well drilling operations , crude oil treatment processes , gas treatment plants , refineries , and for many other industries . It can also produce chemicals for soap , detergent , paint, and dyes,…etc. The average annual productivity could be about 25 ,000 barrels depends on the required products .
3) مصنع موانع فقدان سوائل الحفر LOSS CIRCULATION MATERIAL PLANT (L.C.M)
These products are added to drilling fluids to seal fractures and pores in permeable low – pressure formations , to prevent loss of drilling fluid into the formations encountered while drilling . Such as Mica , Wood fiber , Crushed nut shells (classified as fine – medium – and coarse ) .Packed in a proper required manner to meet customer satisfaction . Started production January / 1991 and the maximum yearly productivity reaches 3000 tons .
